Alexandra Rose Raisman, born May 25, 1994 was an American retired gymnast who was an artistic. She was also a two-time Olympian. She was the captain of the 2012 "Fierce Five" as well as the"Fierce Five," and the 2016 "Final Five,"" U.S. women's Olympic gymnastics team. She also won a gold team medal at the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro. Gabby Douglas and Raisman are the only Americans who have won back-to-back gold medals in this competition. Raisman won silver medals for the all-around individual and floor exercise. Raisman received silver medals for the individual all-around, as well as for the floor exercise. She also is the two-time champion of the national championship of floor exercises (2012,2015) as well as the national champion in 2012 of balance beam and five-time medallist in all-around at national championships (silver and bronze in 2016 and 2010, as well as in 2011, 2012, 2012, and 2015). Inducted into the International Jewish Sports Hall of Fame in 2013.
